Refund policy

We want you to be confident in every purchase. If a product isn't right for your home, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return requirements

• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
• Contact us via our contact page before shipping anything back so we can issue a return authorization and the correct return address.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. All Ponte Giulio products are additionally backed by the manufacturer's lifetime warranty against defects.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Non-returnable Items that have been installed, modified, or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
