Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. These include but are not limited to: cushions, supports worn against the skin, and any item marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
